Nancy is a total artist, like those artists of old, you know? That is to say, she expresses herself in many ways. She sews, plays the violin, rides a bike, writes, paints and draws. I have the feeling she can do anything. When I went to her studio, she was making a dress out of plastic bags. The next day she built a concrete step out on the walk by the street.
A beautiful day at the door of her studio in St. Petersburg where she creates all kinds of art.
Meeting her was a gift that fell in my lap. As soon as I added her on Facebook, we began to have an easy-going, easy-flowing conversation.
She was impressed with my story and soon “adopted” me. She introduced me to people, she took me places and got me an interview on a south Florida TV channel. (if you’d like to watch it, here’s the link).
Besides our affinity, I wanted to record an interview with her. She has a very interesting way of looking at the world. She’s a person of the world. Here’s the interview, edited by eDA Filmes and with the soundtrack by Iceberg.
